At Lumera we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as seamless as possible for our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Delivery Times:

  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Delivery Time: After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery will take an average of 7 - 10 working days

Logistics Method

To keep our prices fair and competitive, our fulfilment is from Australia and China. We keep some stock in Australia and also some stocks from our warehouse in China. This helps us offer the best prices and supports a more sustainable environment.

Logistic routes from China include YunExpress and SF Express. Australia include Australia Post, Sendle and Aramex. 

Placing an Order:

Our ordering process is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Follow these steps to place your order:

  2. Verify your product variants and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your address details and confirm that everything is accurate before continuing to shipping and payment.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and complete the order.

Important Notice Regarding Cancellations:

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered, and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
